Our Products

Are your products ethically made and distributed?

Our suppliers and licensees represent and warrant that they have agreed to the terms and conditions of Rovio Entertainment Ltd. They agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations in connection with the manufacture, distribution, sale, marketing or use of official Angry Birds Products including, but not limited to product safety and product packaging regulations and possible recalls due to breach of the aforementioned. Official Angry Birds Products must be manufactured in compliance with all applicable labour, health, safety and product liability laws.

All of our suppliers and licensees have agreed to numerous conditions, such as:

  • Respecting human rights and international labour standards (e.g. UN declarations and ILO conventions)
  • Ensuring that the Official Angry Birds Products are manufactured in a healthy and safe workplace for the employees
  • Ensuring that the manufacturers of the Official Angry Birds Products have not used any harmful or hazardous substances such as toxic paints or materials, and if the Licensed Product is a food product that the Licensed Product does not contain components that are genetically modified
  • Refraining from making or offering any bribes or other improper payments (as set out, e.g., in the ICC Rules of Conduct and Recommendations to Combat Extortion and Bribery)
  • Acting in an environmentally sound manner, and competing in all other respects fairly and ethically

In addition to the above terms and conditions, Rovio strives to make sure that each and every licensee is researched thoroughly by either Rovio or Rovio's representatives before and during entering into a contract. It is in Rovio's primary interest to keep developing our product processes now and in the future.

International Orders

Which currencies do you support?

We support payments in USD, GBP, EUR and RUB.

You can pay with USD in the Angry Birds North & South America, United States and Asia & Pacific shop by first clicking the Change region button and then selecting your respective country or territory from the list. The UK shop in turns allows you to pay in GBP, while the Europe, Middle East &Africa shop accepts Euros as currency. Our Russian shop allows you to pay in RUB.

Note, that the prices, promotions and shipping costs can differ depending on the selected shop and to which destination country the products are shipped.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver worldwide! Shipping rate and shipping options will be available for review during the checkout process:

  1. Add products to your Shopping Cart
  2. Go to Checkout

    Note: either Sign in to your previously created account or Register a new one. Alternatively, you may proceed without registering but are required to fill in the Billing and/or Shipping information each time when you wish to make a purchase.

  3. After entering the shipping address information you'll be able to review all shipping options and costs in section 3 of the Checkout, Shipping Method
Where can I see how much it costs to ship to country X?

VAT is included in the prices for shipments to EU countries from the EU and UK shops. We also offer Priority Shipping to select countries.

Coupons & Discounts

How do I use coupon codes?

Once you add items to the cart, view the cart contents (click the Cart icon on the top right of the page, or use the popup windows while adding products). In the top right, select the Coupon tab, enter your code and click Add coupon.

Can I combine multiple different offers or discounts to get the best discount?

Unfortunately no. It is our good intention to provide our customers attractive offers on regular basis, but these offers typically cannot be combined with each other. However if you have an Angry Birds Online Shop Gift Card, it can be combined with discount codes or offers.

Shipping Info

How do I know that my order has been successful and/or shipped from the warehouse?

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have successfully placed the order and a shipping confirmation email as soon as the package has been handed to the carrier for delivery.

Can I track my order online? How can I track my order?

If the shipping method of your order provides tracking you will be able to track your order online. The tracking number can be found from the shipping confirmation email that you have received when the package has been handed to the carrier. Additionally you can find the tracking number by logging into your Angry Birds shop account and viewing recently made orders in your account dashboard. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. If the shipping method of your order provides tracking you can track the location of your order by using the tracking number that was included in the shipping confirmation email that you have received.

If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. In some countries packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch or back yard.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, our products can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Digital products however are not subject to right of withdrawal.

Availability

Some of your products are temporarily out of stock. Can I add these products to my shopping cart? What is split shipping?

You can add products that are temporarily out of stock to your cart. If your order contains products that are temporarily out of stock, you can have the available products shipped to you right away in a separate shipment. You can do this by checking the Send items as soon as they are available option during Checkout. Note that shipping fees will be applied to both shipments.

Checkout Problems

Proceeding to Checkout with my iPhone, iPad or iPod results in a certificate error/prompt

When visiting shop.angrybirds.com with your iDevice's Safari browser (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) you might have encountered a certificate error prompt when trying to enter the Checkout page. The reason for the prompt is that our SSL certificate provider godaddy.com's server certificates are signed by an intermediate certificate which is not trusted by any iDevice by default, unlike most other devices and browsers. This is nothing to worry about. Click the Continue button to proceed normally with the secure checkout process.
