Which shop/region should I use for the best shipping prices and delivery times?

For the lowest shipping rates and fastest delivery, use the shop/region closest to the country the order will be shipped to.

When will I be updated on my order’s status?

After placing an order, an order confirmation email is sent. After the shipping carrier has your package, a shipping confirmation email is sent which may include a tracking number.

How can I track my order’s shipment?

If your order’s shipping method provides a tracking number you can track your order online. The tracking number is sent in the shipping confirmation email when the carrier has your shipment. You can also find your tracking number by viewing your Order History.

Note: it may take 48 hours before your shipment is visible in the carrier’s tracking system.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed, and my order hasn’t arrived?

Delivery dates are estimates provided by shipping carriers, and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. If your order’s shipping method provides a tracking number you can monitor the location of your package.

If the carrier’s tracking system says the package was delivered, please check with your family or neighbors. In some countries, packages may be left with neighbors, a building manager, or placed somewhere relatively safe like your porch or backyard.

Returns

Which products can be returned?

Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Digital products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

Email shop@rovio.com within 14 days of delivery, and include the following info:

  • Order number
  • Name of product(s) being returned
  • Quantity of product(s) being returned
