How is the game delivered?

You can download the Angry Birds games from download.angrybirds.com and Bad Piggies from downloadbadpiggies.com
To access the full game you will have to buy an activation key from shop.angrybirds.com. Enter this activation key into the "Activate full version" dialog box in the game to unlock all of the levels, golden egg extra content and any available content updates.

How is the game updated?

When we release an update for a game, you should be notified the next time you start the game. This is dependent on your computer also being connected to the internet. On your screen the notification will tell you that a new version of the game is available, and it will ask you if you wish to update your game. If you choose not to update your game there and then, you can always click on the download icon in the bottom left hand corner of the menu screen at a later time.

I ordered and paid for the activation key but did not receive it. What should I do?

Please note that it might take several minutes for the key to arrive in your email inbox. You should also check your spam folder, sometimes the message can accidentally go there.

When I try to activate the game a dialog box appears stating that "Registration failed. Make sure you entered the code correctly and you are connected to the internet." What can I do?

Please try disabling your firewall and any antivirus software during activation. Make sure your internet connection is on and the signal is strong while registering the activation key.

What happens if I lose my activation key?

Take good care of your activation key - we recommend printing it out and storing in a safe place.
If you register at shop.angrybirds.com before you purchase your activation key, you can find the activation key from "your account" page.
However, if you lose your key please e-mail pcsupport@rovio.com for further instructions.

Can I share my activation key with my friends?

No. A single purchase only allows for single-user use. The activation key is valid for three installs so you can install the game on your desktop or laptop with a single key.

What are the minimum System Requirements for Angry Birds and Bad Piggies PC games?

Angry Birds games require at least Windows XP with SP2 installed, Vista, 7, 8 or a newer operating system to run. Bad Piggies requires Windows XP with SP3 installed or a newer operating system. Games purchased from Online Shop are not compatible with OS X or any Linux distribution.

I get an error message saying: "OpenGL renderer not supported"?

Angry Birds requires OpenGL 1.3 or later to run. Please try updating your graphics card's drivers to the latest available version from the manufacturer's website.

If your drivers are up to date and you still get this error, you can use Realtechvr GLview to see if your system supports OpenGL 1.3.

How do I zoom out to see the whole level?

You can use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
